Are you looking to become part of an ambitious, professional and supportive team?

We are looking for a passionate and creative teacher, who is committed to equipping students with the skills to become confident learners and who can work effectively as part of our transition team.

The right candidate will have experience at teaching across Key Stage 2, with a clear vision of how to maximise achievement in our students and ensure that learning is an enriching, engaging and challenging experience for all. With a proven track record in the delivery of effective literacy and numeracy strategies across Key Stage 2, you will deliver a bespoke curriculum to close the gaps in knowledge, skills and understanding identified within our Key Stage 3 students.

About The Hart School

The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.

We are part of the growing Creative Education Trust and work closely with a family of schools to raise standards and to enable students to achieve their potential, thereby ensuring students are given the educational opportunity of a lifetime.
