Giggleswick Senior School requires a teacher who can teach Latin to GCSE and Classical Civilisation to A level.

The role has an immediate start available and would run through until the end of the academic year initially, but the role could become permanent for a successful candidate.

Applications are welcome from both those with experience of teaching Latin to GCSE and Classical Civilisation to A level. Applications from strong NQTs or postgraduates would also be warmly considered.

The senior school, which educates pupils from age 11 to 18, is set within beautiful, picturesque grounds in the Yorkshire Dales. The school achieves excellent results and places an equally strong emphasis on pastoral care and an exciting co-curriculum. A commitment to the values and expectations of this boarding community and to the welfare of the pupils is a vital component of the job.
