This Cambian school is a 38 and 52 week mixed-gender, residential and day school for students aged 9-19 with a diagnosis of autism and related conditions. We support students with a wide range of difficulties including complex needs and challenging behaviour.

We are looking for people that are passionate and care about the needs of young people and adults we support. You will be a part of a team that is dedicated to raising the expectations of young people and adults by helping them to thrive in a stable environment or stabilise complex conditions.
Teacher of Literacy with Secondary SEN experience preferably with ASD.
A good working knowledge of Key Stage 3 and 4 of the National Curriculum covering qualifications from Entry Level to Level 2.
Experience of teaching pupils with complex communication needs would also be an advantage.
In addition to the teaching commitment, you would also co-ordinate literacy and communication across Spring Hill School. Cambian's ethos is to provide an alternative to mainstream education, offering learners the opportunity to work with specialist trained staff in small group settings.
