Amersham School is a student centred school. We require a teacher of Mathematics who will contribute positively to our outstanding Mathematics department, share in the school’s vision for success and play their part as we continue to secure outstanding results for our students. We require a teacher with passion, skill, commitment and enthusiasm for the vocation of teaching. We can offer you a supportive and innovative environment to work within and opportunities for Professional Development which will allow you to further enhance your skillful practice.  The successful candidate will have free access to our fitness suite, onsite parking and will have the opportunity to take part in a host of social activities. We have a School Café which provides reasonably priced hot meals and snacks.

Applications are welcome from newly qualified teachers (NQT’s) or more experienced teachers looking for progression.

Set in the beautiful Chiltern countryside, Amersham School is a mixed, 11-18 Community Academy providing a first class secondary education.  We have 860 students on roll including 143 in Sixth Form (as at February 2018).
