We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Teacher of Mathematics & Science with the ability to teach Mathematics to KS3, KS4, KS5 and Physics or Chemistry to KS4 and ‘A’ Level is essential.
The Mathematics & Science Department is a highly successful curriculum area consisting of 4 Mathematics teachers and six Science Teachers.
The Mathematics department offers a wide variety of qualifications including Statistics at GCSE and Mathematics with Mechanics and Mathematics with Statistics at A Level.
If you are an outstanding teacher and have the ability to motivate pupils and staff, raise levels of achievement across the department and school and want to teach in a supportive atmosphere then this is the job for you.
This is a very exciting time to join Abbotsfield School as we are about to embark on a project that will see the entire school being rebuilt with state of the art facilities for learning, part of this project will see Abbotsfield become a co-educational school.
