ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Proven ability to teach IGCSE and A Level Mathematics effectively.
• Ability to teach IGCSE Additional Mathematics and A Level Further Mathematics desirable.
• Recognised teaching qualification and prior teaching experience.
• Strong honours degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Capability to contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic school environment and rising to its challenges.
• Flexibility to teach more than one subject discipline if required.
• A passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
• Awareness of the demands of teaching high-achieving students and a commitment to fostering a global perspective.
• Full support for the integration and delivery of Character Education.
• A professional and approachable demeanour that instils confidence in students and parents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ICT skills.
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning, including attendance at INSET.
