A motivated practitioner is required to join the Mathematics Faculty, from September 2017. This is a very successful and popular area of the school and has made a significant contribution to raising standards. The post is suitable for a teacher who would like to join a successful and innovative faculty that is keen to support new ideas and initiatives. The ability to teach A level would be beneficial. This is an exciting time to join the school having moved into brand new state of the art facilities in September 2016.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • An enthusiasm for mathematics and an awareness of current issues relating to the teaching of mathematics across the Key Stages.
  • A contribution to make to departmental and whole school improvement.
  • Expertise in mathematics and the ability to inspire and motivate students at all Key Stages.
  • A commitment to raising attainment and achievement and make positive contributions to this community focused school.
