We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, talented and inspiring classroom practitioner to teach Mathematics across all ability groups in KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate our ambitious and hardworking students.

This is a full time role suitable for an experienced teacher or a highly motivated newly qualified teacher wishing to join a team of specialists committed to high standard of teaching, learning and achievement. 

This post is available from September 2019 and is partly in response to increased provision. The post is fixed term, with an end date of August 2020, to allow a possible change in our future staffing structure. 

In February 2018, an Ofsted inspection confirmed we were a Good College where pupils consistently make exceptional progress. GCSE results at the College are consistently outstanding, with 50% of the cohort achieving a Strong English Baccalaureate pass. We are delighted with the outstanding +0.51 P8 success achieved by our students.  Mathematics attainment is consistently strong with the proportion of pupils achieving grade 4 or above at GCSE at 88% and grade 5 or above at 62%.  There is an upward trend in progress.
