Teacher of Mathematics (Full time/Maternity cover) required for April 2020
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, qualified graduate to teach Mathematics up to A Level and be part of a school that is not only highly successful academically, but also in sport, music arts and drama. This post would be suitable for someone wishing to gain further experience in a very supportive environment or for an NQT. The role is a full-time maternity cover.
The Mathematics Department has been one of the strongest in the School for a number of years. There have been some outstanding results in public exams in recent years and a number of first-class mathematicians have gone on to Oxbridge, London and other leading universities.
The successful candidate will teach a full timetable to classes in Years 7 to 12 and will have the opportunity to assist the Head of Department carry out the tasks required for both the day to day running, and future development, of the department.
