An exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience through supporting our successful Maths Department! 

We are seeking applications for an enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic Teacher of Mathematics to join our highly successful and supportive team. You will be required to teach across KS3 and KS4, plus possible KS5. This appointment will be from January to March 2018 with the possibility of being extended.  

King James’s School is a large 11-18 comprehensive school proud to offer a diverse and rich curriculum and is committed to high quality professional development and career opportunities for all staff. We run a School Direct secondary programme to train the next generation of teachers.  

You will be joining a highly community orientated, inspirational and ambitious school. The Maths Department is high performing and teaches through to Key Stage 5. At GCSE we use AQA and for A’ level we use Edexcel. You will be able to teach across the full age-range, including a considerable Sixth Form, however, you will primarily be teaching KS3 and KS4.
