A committed and enthusiastic teacher is required to join the Mathematics Faculty, a dedicated and highly successful team within this popular, oversubscribed comprehensive school, to teach mainly KS3. In 2016, 76.8% of our Year 11 students gained a higher grade GCSE pass in Mathematics.
The school is situated in an attractive area close to the border, just 6 miles from Chester and within easy reach of the North Wales coast, Liverpool and Manchester. In November 2009 the school was inspected and Estyn judged the school to have many strengths, commenting that “senior managers have high expectations of staff and pupils” and “teachers and managers provide a high level of care”.
