We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join us at Tech City College, which is a Post-16 STEM specialist College. We are committed to raising students’ aspirations so that all young people reach their fullest potential and achieve the success they desire. We are a small and friendly College with big ambitions and our aim is to educate and train the next generation of scientists, engineers, technicians, entrepreneurs and innovators.

We are looking to appoint a subject specialist who has a passion for their subject and a commitment to whole college aspirations. This post would ideally suit a dynamic candidate who is motivated to make a significant contribution to the college’s continued improvement, and if this is you then we would like to hear from you.

We are driven by a desire, at the core of our mission, to get the best possible results for all of our students, no matter what their starting points or circumstances. This year Ofsted said “Students behaviour is exemplary, they are respectful of their peers and teachers with very good attendance and punctuality. The support for students is very good”.

In this post you would become part of a vibrant learning community which is part of the Aspirations Academies Trust that will offer you fantastic opportunities for career development, future promotions and for you to be able to make your mark.

Tech City College are committed and passionate about developing our teachers and leaders of the future through our leadership incubator programme and as strategic partners with the Aspirations Teaching School Alliance this gives an opportunity for those with management aspirations to apply to become Specialist Leaders of Education.

We would be delighted to show you around our Academy in order to fully appreciate our excellent learning environment.
