A well-qualified and inspirational teacher is required to join an innovative and highly successful department of twelve Mathematicians. The successful candidate will be required to teach across the school. Applicants must have the potential to teach up to A Level Further Mathematics and the Higher Level IB, as well as Oxbridge preparation, although previous experience of these is not necessary.
The post-holder will need to work well as a member of a team and a willing approach to sharing and developing their teaching practice is essential. All members of the department are required to contribute to the Mathematics enrichment programme, which includes extension classes, cryptography challenges, and UKMT Challenge preparation.
The opportunity to teach some Computing might be available if that is of interest.
All staff are expected to contribute to the thriving extra-curricular programme on offer at the School.
The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.
