Mathematics Teacher
An enthusiastic, well-qualified mathematics specialist to teach at all levels within a dynamic, energetic department which was rated outstanding by OFSTED in 2010 and thrives on continual development of its teaching and learning processes. Examination results are excellent and the subject enjoys a high status within the school. Currently, 315 pupils study Mathematics in the sixth form of whom 85 also study Further Mathematics. The school has a newly built dedicated STEM block.
Applications are equally welcome from experienced or newly-qualified teachers. This is a full time position but part-time hours may be considered for suitably qualified candidates. For a successful candidate with PGCE credits, we are able to support the completion of an MA. Accommodation at a very competitive rate may be available. Our admissions policy prioritises children of staff.
