Co-op Academy Priesthorpe aims to provide an outstanding education for all our learners, founded on co-operative values, at the heart of the community. Situated in Pudsey and just 15 minutes from both Leeds and Bradford centre, we provide places for 1250 students. The Academy has a very special ethos, which visitors continue to comment on. We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher with a real passion and desire for Maths. The role is suitable for either a NQT or an experienced teacher.

Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is a 'Good' school in Leeds (Ofsted, 2024) with Outstanding features. It is an 11-18 Academy with a Sixth Form and an intake of over 1000 students and around 135 staff. Originally a co-operative foundation school and part of the Leeds Co-operative School’s Network, they joined the Co-operative Academies Trust in July 2017.

All staff, teachers and associate, are responsible for a coaching group of around 12 students which they meet with for 1.5 hours over a week. Full training is offered and this adds a very rewarding element to all roles within Priesthorpe.
