Job overview
We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic full time teacher of Mathematics. This post may be offered as a main scale position or as Assistant Head of Department for a suitable candidate.
Mathematics is a thriving and highly successful department. The post holder will be required to teach across the full age and ability range. Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career including NQTs.
William Farr is a popular, rural comprehensive school. In the 2006 OFSTED inspection the school was judged to be outstanding, and our 2009 inspection confirmed this remarkable achievement. The school gained academy status in 2011 and has approximately 1500 students on roll.
