We require a dynamic and well-qualified full-time Teacher of Mathematics to join this thriving faculty from September 2021. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and those new to the profession, both from the independent and state sectors, who have excellent subject knowledge and are passionate about mathematics. You will have the opportunity to teach across all key stages. The successful applicant will join a professional team in well- resourced facilities. You will be joining a dedicated, experienced, supportive, forward-thinking team, with a focus on quality-first teaching.

Governors are looking to appoint someone who is able to motivate and inspire pupils, raising the profile of mathematics in the wider world. As a uniquely small school, teamwork is a strength where resources, planning and curriculum-design is a collaborative approach. Partnered with the English department to form a faculty, the mathematics department is well resourced and the colleagues offer a breadth of expertise and support.

Norton Canes High School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary with sixth form in Staffordshire. As of the most recent inspection there were 494 students on the school roll, of which 49 were enrolled in 16-19 study programmes.
