Gateway offers an alternative provision to our students. The successful candidate will lead and support the learning of our students in Mathematics, including at GCSE level. The ability to plan and deliver high quality, differentiated and engaging lessons would be an advantage, if the candidate has the ambition to gain their QTS in the future this is something they can be supported and funded towards by the Trust.

We will offer you:

This rewarding role will suit someone with significant experience of working with young people who present challenging behaviours and knowledge of different teaching styles to engage students. Knowledge and experience of working with SEND students would be beneficial.

You will have a working knowledge of school pastoral systems and be highly motivated with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team. You must be able to use your own initiative, be flexible and act as a positive role model to our students. Applicants will need to be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, child protection, equal opportunities, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection.
