Our teachers teach because they love to impart knowledge and work with and inspire young people. They are passionate about learning, have a deep love for their subject and ensure students get the best support they need to improve. 

Being an expert, you will share your expertise with students and then help them recreate it so they know how to succeed. Together you'll shatter glass ceilings and inspire their learning journey. They'll inspire you too in a calm, focused environment where we encourage our students to be industrious and curious. Manners matter every day and we are building explicit, taught behavioural norms to train our students in success. Showing our students the route to success is important here.

Ormiston NEW Academy caters for 11 to 19-year olds, with 745 students on roll, we provide a vibrant learning environment with first-class facilities. Our Academy is a member of Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT) which is one of the largest not-for-profit multi-academy trusts in England. OAT educates over 30,000 pupils across six English regions, in 31 secondary schools, seven primary schools and one special school. They are one of the longest established trusts and have been sponsoring academies since 2009. Their mission is to become the Trust that makes the biggest difference, both inside and outside the classroom.
