Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT) is a family of education providers operating out of sites at Carshalton, Hackbridge, Camberwell, New Malden, Hillingdon, Kingston, Croydon and Uxbridge. OHC&AT provides a stimulating yet safe learning environment enabling each pupil/student to achieve to their maximum potential whilst managing their specialist and complex physical, health and learning needs. 

We are looking to recruit an inspiring Teacher of Maths at The Link Secondary School. The Link caters for pupils with speech, language and communication difficulties, many of whom are on the autistic spectrum. Abilities are wide ranging, varying from pupils who meet cognitive milestones to pupils with complex needs. A belief in person centred teaching is a priority.

The post holder will have a key role for developing the skills of our pupils within Maths, and working alongside our therapists and multi-disciplinary teams within school to meet these needs. We offer a supportive learning environment for all and a cohesive team ethos.

Applications may be considered from candidates who do not yet have QTS or QTLS, where there are no, or limited applications from qualified candidates. Appropriate training packages will be available that support routes into qualified teacher status and it is the expectation that unqualified teachers undertake all reasonable endeavours to achieve qualified status within three years.
