Due to increasing student numbers and the recent opening of our 6th Form in September 2014, the successful and oversubscribed Bishop of Winchester Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and highly committed maths teacher to support the leadership of the strong and dynamic team. 

The Academy is ambitious to be recognised as inspirational. Ofsted have recognised the many strengths of our Academy including:

About The Bishop of Winchester Academy

The Bishop of Winchester Academy, based in Bournemouth, Dorset, is a Church of England secondary school that prides itself on its curriculum, governance and outstanding student behaviour. Students aged 11-18 experience teaching in new state-of-the-art buildings and have first-class resources at their fingertips. The school operates in an area where there are schools that select for entry on grounds of ability.

The mixed secondary school was opened in September 2010 as a sponsor-led academy. In September 2014, the Bishop of Winchester Academy extended its educational opportunities by opening its own sixth form.
