THE CREST ACADEMY

Make a real difference – Work in a school in the heart of the community.

At the Crest Academy we believe that every child can achieve, regardless of their starting point. Our mission is to ensure that “every student is ready for university and every student is a leader” and we pride ourselves on the fact that we have consistently improved outcomes for all students over the past three years since becoming an E-ACT Academy.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, professional Teacher of Maths. There will be an opportunity for a responsibility within the faculty if candidates express an interest, however we would also welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers.

On joining The Crest Academy, you will become part of a growing network of E-ACT schools where you will have a variety of opportunities to develop. Our excellent training is bespoke and includes courses and regional training days where you get to work with the many outstanding practitioners across our network while improving the outcomes and opportunities for all the students in our school.

Five reasons to work for us.

1. Contracts that work for you and your family - flexi-time, part time, full time.

2. Competitive salaries.

3. Access to free leadership development programmes.

4. Emphasis on work/life balance – comprehensive well-being programme.

5.Coaching from a member of the Senior Leadership Team in your first year.

Part of The E-ACT Family

We are an E-ACT academy and proud to be part of a community that includes over 18,000 pupils and 2,300 teaching and non-teaching professionals across the country.

E-ACT multi-academy trust is responsible for 29 academies across the length and breadth of England. Our academies can collaborate and share ideas with one another in ways that schools may not be able to. Most importantly, we all feel part of something much bigger as our responsibilities go far beyond the four walls of a single academy and extend to people and their communities across the country.

We are always on the lookout for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic people so we can continue to give every one of our pupils the opportunity to explore, solve, create and achieve.

Complete application form in 10 minutes no personal statement necessary.

The closing date for all applications is Sunday 24th November 2019.

Please read the supporting documentation carefully before completing and returning our application and equal opportunities form to LBRecruitment@e-act.org.uk

E-ACT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults, and all appointments are subject to enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks and satisfactory references.
