Teacher of Maths

We are looking for a motivated, reliable Maths Teacher who will make the subject exciting, inspiring the students and stimulating their enthusiasm and interest in their studies.

You will work within the hugely popular Mathematics and Computer Science department. Our portfolio of courses includes: A Level Maths, A Level Further Maths, Core Maths and GCSE Maths, and you will need to be able to contribute to several of these. You will join a team of 15 full time and part time staff working in a spacious, well-resourced building.

You will contribute towards the continued improvement of the department in value added measures. Your teaching will be of high quality and your results will reflect the high calibre of your teaching. You must have a commitment to teaching and learning and continued professional development. You will have the passion to be part of a successful teaching environment which produces the best from students. Please note that this role is likely to include online/remote teaching and learning.

We would advise you that posts advertised to start in September 2021 actually commence with student enrolment on 31 August 2021. Teaching staff are required to work this week but should you have an existing commitment please make this clear on your application and we will honour it.
