Teacher of Maths (Fixed Term Contract)

Mathematics at Hinchley Wood School is a strong and thriving department, staffed by highly qualified, professional and caring teachers. We are looking for someone to join the team from October, on a fixed term basis, for up to one year.

Examination results at all levels are well above national averages and are expected to continue on an upward trend. In summer 2021, 95% of the Year 11 cohort achieved Grade 4+ with 52% at grade 7+.

We are one of the top 200 performing schools in England and Wales in terms of the progress our students make between the end of Key Stage 2 and their GCSEs, and highly sought after.  

The successful candidate will teach across the age and ability range in this highly sought after 11-18 co-educational academy, with over 1,400 students on roll including 300 in our Sixth Form.
