A committed and enthusiastic teacher is required to join the Mathematics Faculty, a dedicated and highly successful team within this popular, oversubscribed comprehensive school, to teach across the age and ability range. In 2016, 76.8% of our Year 11 students gained a higher grade GCSE pass in Mathematics.

The school is situated in an attractive area close to the border, just 6 miles from Chester and within easy reach of the North Wales coast, Liverpool and Manchester.

Hawarden High School is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school which is oversubscribed and successful. We currently have 1150 pupils on roll, including 180 in our Sixth Form.
