Holmfirth High School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. At its most recent inspection, there were 1,318 students aged 11-16 on the school roll. It is a specialist school in maths, computing and Applied Learning.
The town of Holmfirth has a population of approximately 5,000 and is located six miles south of Huddersfield. Holmfirth High School is situated next to Hey Days Nursery and Holmfirth Sports Centre.

Holmfirth High School believes that, fundamentally, all schools are places of learning. It wants pupils to leave having achieved to the very best of their ability. However, the school believes personal development is as important as academic achievement.
