It is an incredibly exciting time for North Leamington School (NLS) and all those who form part of its outstanding Learning Community.
In the last three years in particular we have secured fantastic outcomes for all of our students – students who come from a comprehensive range of backgrounds. Alongside attainment that significantly outperforms the national average (74% 5 A*-C including English and maths, 2015 and 2016), our progress indicators consistently demonstrate that we are in the very top percentiles nationally.
Given our commitment to collaboratively supporting other institutions, given a significantly increasing intake rooted in our outstanding outcomes, and given promotions of many staff to senior positions at NLS and beyond, we are seeking to recruit to a number of roles. All of this arises from our first class commitment to developing individuals and working with others to reach their full potential – our personalised CPD programme and facilities are second to none.
Our Maths Team is very collaborative and highly successful, with an established trend of performance in the top percentiles nationally.
- Are you a well-qualified and innovative specialist who is passionate about teaching maths?
- Are you a highly effective, dedicated practitioner who is able to teach maths to GCSE and potentially A Level? Any successful NQT applicant would be strongly supported in securing the skills necessary for this role.
- Are you committed to developing leadership skills?
Applications from NQTs, as well as those from experienced teachers, are welcomed – our NQT programme is a particular strength of NLS. NLS is a fantastic school to work in with exemplary relationships at all levels, and outstanding outcomes. All staff and students are very valued.
If you wish to be part of this outstanding Learning Community, please contact Sue Williams, HR Manager (see above for contact details) or download an application form from our website.
