Hours: Part –Time 0.8 WTE / 30 hours a week or Full Time 37.5 hours a week (subject to negotiation)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified teacher to join St Andrew’s College within Fitzroy House in our purpose built Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative teacher to help develop assessment and teaching programmes in Maths for young people working at Entry Level and Level 1 and Functional Skills.

The Role / Person
Applications are invited from qualified teachers in mainstream schools, special schools and secure adolescent settings. We are seeking someone with the motivation to develop skills in working with young people aged 13 years to 18 years old who have developmental disorders and complex mental health issues.You will:·         

Teach one to one and small groups·         

Be able to build therapeutic relationships

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team of skilled and committed professionals and to become an integral member of a multidisciplinary team.
