is expanding and looking to recruit

Stephenson (MK) Trust is expanding its Key Stage 4 and post 16 provision and will have a new build facility in the centre of Milton Keynes for Sixth Form for September.  Consequently, we are looking to recruit a range of staff across the Key Stages in both teaching and support positions. Both Academies within the Trust, have recently been confirmed as good provision by OfSTED.  Relationship building will be a key requirement in these new posts as we look to further develop our inclusive offer for young people, maximising their progress both academically and personally and thus improving their life chances.

To deliver Science and Maths based subjects to students, aged 11-18, all of whom have an Education Health Care Plan with a primary need of social, emotional and mental health. Teaching will cover Key stage 3 and 4 curriculum, and possible Key Stage 5 also. Depending on the starting point and ability of students, qualifications range from Entry Level and BTEC Technical to GCSE, at Key Stage 4.  We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled practitioner who is able to engage learners within their subjects and support students on their pathway to success, both in their subject, and holistically, making positive contributions to our community and society.
