Bacon’s College seeks to appoint an outstanding practitioner who can offer vision, energy and creativity as part of the Mathematics team, supporting the further development of the department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Mathematics across all key stages.

Bacon’s is a Church of England sponsored academy with a strong values based ethos, it is a popular and oversubscribed school. The College is currently facing a challenging period of cultural change and a revitalisation of its core activity of teaching and learning. Staff and students will be challenged and supported to achieve at the highest levels both academically and personally.

The Maths department is well staffed and resourced with ten full time teachers, supported by two part time teachers and a part time intervention teacher, delivering Mathematics across all Key Stages, A Level mathematics and Further Mathematics are very popular subjects with a track record of success

The successful candidate will be:
