Chaigeley School is a Non-maintained Special School, established in 1946, that caters for young people between the ages of 8 and 16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues (SEMH). It provides

Our Mission Statement is to “promote and safeguard the education and care of each of its pupils and staff, in order that they realise their true potential”. We aim to do this by providing a personalised curriculum for children and young people along with an integrated therapeutic intervention approach. This focuses on self-management, building confidence and individual development and outcomes.

We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Teacher of Maths to join us from January 2018. A specialism in Maths is therefore essential but the ability to offer other subject areas, in particular the arts, would be advantageous.

You will be:

  • Able to support our pupils to achieve GCSE
  • Committed to making a difference to the lives of disadvantaged children
  • Energetic and driven to contribute to the future development of the school
