We are seeking to appoint a teacher who has a proven track record of raising standards in maths and who can demonstrate inspirational teaching and a passion for delivering lessons which are motivational, challenging and engaging. You will need to demonstrate the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to work as part of a team which is determined to achieve positive outcomes for its students. In return you will work in a supportive environment that will further develop your professional skills and ambitions.
We would welcome applications from experienced teachers with a strong and proven track record of success in public examinations. We would also welcome applications from applicants at a relatively early stage of their career who have exceptional subject knowledge, strong leadership potential and a clear understanding of how to enable all students to make outstanding progress in their learning.
In this exciting role you will support the Curriculum Leader for maths in developing teaching and learning across all key stages and be passionate about improving achievement within maths. You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues outside of the curriculum area in devising and leading coherent whole school approaches to numeracy.
