Our Governors are seeking to appoint a Teacher of MFL on a fixed term maternity cover contract with effect from 1st January 2020 until 31st December 2020.  There is the possibility of a permanent position as the school is rapidly expanding.  The ability to teach French and Spanish to Key Stage 3 is essential.  The ability to teach French or Spanish to Key Stage 4 is desirable. This role is ideal for someone who is seeking to pursue a career within a school that invests heavily in high quality staff training and support.  NQTs are welcome to apply.

We are a united team of staff, pupils and parents who work together to transform the lives of the wonderful children we have the fortune to teach.  We have a relentless focus on being excellent in everything that we do.  Our headteacher was recently awarded ‘Headteacher of the Year’ due to ethical and positive leadership. We have a strong ethos of high expectations for all pupils and staff, balanced with a focus on community morale and wellbeing.  We offer outstanding pastoral care and guidance to our staff and pupils.  Our Modern Foreign Languages team are welcoming, motivated and focused on excellence.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, positive and enthusiastic practitioner with a commitment to continued professional development.  This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and hard working person to develop their career in a school where we ensure all members of our community live up to our mantra ‘be inspired, be excellent, succeed’.  A willingness to support the religious life of the school and be involved in extra-curricular activities is expected.

Application forms and further details are available from the Headteacher’s Personal Assistant,

Mrs K Leigh (recruitment@allsaintscatholiccollege.com) to whom they should be returned by 9.00am on Monday 30th September 2019.  Interviews will take place week commencing 7th October.  Application packs can also be downloaded from the school website.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo pre-employment checks.
