Job overview

Our entirely fictional test school is currently recruiting a new Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages.

This job is on TES purely to test one of our application routes. We are not a real school, and you can make up applications that are entirely fictional too, or full of gaps. We will not mind. Nor are you in any danger of being recruited as neither the school, nor the job exist.

If this school were real - which it isn't - we are sure we would have a good reputation across our  entirely imaginary Modern Foreign Languages department and would be seeking someone who would be responsible for leading the delivery team, improving standards, teaching and supporting the overall re-shaping of our Modern Foreign Languages provision. But neither the job nor the school exist.

Do write whatever you would like in the application; it really doesn't matter. This is a fictional school and a fictional job purely to test an application route.

Closing date: 30th December 2016

Zachary Academy is a fictional TEST secondary school set up by the TES to trial some of the systems it is launching shortly with teachers.

Founded in 1910, the TES began as the Times Educational Supplement newspaper. Over the decades that followed it expanded its recruitment services for schools, eventually launching a popular website which also features news and teacher-made classroom materials.

The name Zachary Academy was chosen for this test school because its initial letter would make it easier to spot in lists. We have not named it after a particular educator, historical character, actor or pet.

We welcome imaginary applicants who want to see what our systems are like. However, none of the jobs advertised here are real. This is purely for test purposes. This is not a real school.

Please note that you are wholly responsible for fact checking in respect of the information provided by schools. Please also check for the latest visa and work permit requirements that may apply. Tes is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the policies adopted by advertising schools. Tes asks that all schools follow Tes' Fair Recruitment Policy.
