TEACHER OF MFL (French essential, Spanish desirable)

An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding teacher of MFL, holding Qualified Teacher Status, to join the MFL team at Dean Trust Wigan.

The Governing Body is now seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher of MFL.  Improving progress and raising attainment in MFL at all levels are key challenges for the school.

Applications are invited from successful MFL teachers who can demonstrate the ability to:

• enable pupils to achieve the highest possible standards

• work motivationally within a team of staff

• raise attainment in MFL at all levels

• inspire students to love the subject through outstanding teaching

• work effectively with staff, parents and the community

The successful candidate will be required to have experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 and have an understanding of new curriculum developments for teaching MFL.
