Job overview

We are seeking an outstanding and inspiring Music teacher to join our successful and experienced Music and Performing Arts department.  We deliver a range of subjects including music (to GCSE, A Level and BTEC Level 3) and drama GCSE.    Working as part of a three-person team, the ideal candidate would be a practical musician, with experience of teaching Music from KS3 to A-level, and would demonstrate a desire to contribute to the extensive extra-curricular life of the department. They would also have the opportunity to be involved with teaching Drama, to help re-establish a tradition of whole-school music/drama productions and develop music technology within the school.
