TEACHER OF MUSIC: PART TIME 0.5FTE
Required for September 2018 or earlier
‘Without music, life would be a mistake’ Fredrich Nietzsche
We are committed to bucking the trend! We don’t want to make the mistake of depriving our students of both the academic and creative value that we believe music inherently offers. Our three year KS3 sees all students study music for an hour a week; our GCSE music classes are growing and our KS5 class have all applied to study music in the next step of their journey.
Music has worth and music is valued: it is not a bolt on at Heart of England.
If you are a committed musician looking to work in a thriving department, in a school where professional development and wellbeing are central to our philosophy, come and visit, call for a chat or simply apply.
Heart of England School is committed to keeping children, young people and vulnerable adults safe.
