This is an exciting time for Ormskirk School as we have now formally joined Endeavour Learning Trust, taking full advantage of an existing partnership which is rapidly transforming our school, and which has already provided a wide range of opportunities for staff and students alike over the past two years.

We now wish to appoint a Primary specialist who will lead the learning of our Key Stage 3 Nurture Groups, working primarily with Year 7.  In this newly created post, it is foreseen that you will play a key role in the development of our Nurture Group provision to ensure that barriers to learning are reduced and to support all students achieve their full potential. Your Primary training will give you the competence and confidence to deliver subjects principally within the English and Humanities faculties. Working with the established Teachers of Nurture Groups at schools across our Trust the successful candidate will join a mutually supportive and driven team.
