Job overview
Due to growth in the department, we are looking for someone to join our vibrant PE Department on a 12-month, fixed-term contract from September 2022. Sport is an integral part of school life at Redmaids’ High and our first-class facilities both on and off-site, including our new multi-purpose sports grounds, give us the opportunity to deliver a broad and exciting curriculum.
The successful candidate will be passionate about sport, committed to providing a fun, creative environment for students to develop and enhance their sporting abilities, and have a specialist interest in hockey.
Redmaids’ High School is the leading independent day school for girls in Bristol and one of the leading schools in the South West and was formed following the merger in 2016 of The Red Maids’ School and Redland High School. It is a member of the Girls’ School Association and is the oldest surviving girls’ school in Great Britain, having been established in 1634.
