Kimbolton School is seeking to appoint a part time PE teacher on 0.5 timetable for maternity cover until May 2020 or possibly to July 2020. The role is based around teaching PE lessons from Year 7 to Year 10 and games afternoon, sports team coaching if suited (Spring term sports are girls’ netball and boys’ hockey. Summer term sports are girls’ rounders, tennis and boys’ cricket).
Availability to take teams on Saturday fixtures would be helpful and paid on an hourly sports coach rate on top of the part time teaching salary. Precise teaching days and commitments can be subject to some arrangement to suit the appointed person. A PE or related degree and qualified teacher status are very desirable.
