We are looking to appoint an exceptional and committed teacher of performing arts who will enthuse and engage our pupils; you will deliver high quality lessons and achieve excellent results. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to have experience in teaching BTEC Performing Arts with aspects of dance, choreography and musical theatre. The ability to teach music in Years 7 & 8 would be an advantage.
We want a teacher who shares our forward thinking approach to teaching and learning and strives to continue to achieve excellent results and maximise pupil progress.
This vacancy is suitable for an NQT as well as a more experienced teacher.

“Teaching is good. Teachers’ questioning is used well to push students to think hard and express themselves fully. This enhances their oral and communication skills. Students’ behaviour is good. They conduct themselves well in lessons and as they move around the school. Students’ attitudes to learning are positive. They work hard and follow instructions well. They enjoy their learning because activities capture their interest. Students’ attendance is above average and they are always punctual to school and lessons. They arrive to lessons well prepared for learning.”
