You will be stepping into a department of five teachers with a range of skills and specialisms, managed by the Head of Performing Arts, who is supported by the Co-ordinator of Dance and Drama. From the moment you join us you will feel welcomed and supported by an experienced and varied team, who are wholly focused on teaching and learning. As part of your induction into the Academy and the Performing Arts department, you will be well supported through a comprehensive programme of induction, training and coaching to ensure you continue to develop as a teacher.
We run a varied programme of extra-curricular clubs, which stimulate skill development across all of the performing arts subjects. We are looking forward to February, where we will be holding a school musical, and we would welcome applicants who want to take part in this exciting venture.
If you are a talented professional with passion, commitment and resilience, and if you are driven to make a difference to the lives and futures of young people, we would like to hear from you.
