 We currently have the following vacancy at St Aldhelm’s Academy, Herbert Avenue, Poole, BH12 4NS – Teacher of Phonics

We are looking for an outstanding teacher, committed to our vision of seeing all students make outstanding progress and achieve their full potential in all aspects of their education.  The successful candidate has the potential to make a significant contribution to our rapidly improving Academy and may be aspiring to further leadership opportunities in the future.

You will be a skilled classroom practitioner who is dedicated to high quality teaching and learning. You will have the skills, experience and capacity to share strategies and techniques for teaching English with other colleagues.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of young people. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children.
