An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Teacher of Physical Education to teach KS3-KS4 on a full-time basis at a popular and flourishing secondary school in Dudley starting as soon as possible.  

This post provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high quality and well-resourced environment working with an experienced and highly motivated team. You will be taking on full classroom responsibilities of a teacher, the right candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering exciting and engaging lessons.

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about their subject bringing energy & enthusiasm to the pupils they teach

• Be able to teach across the age & ability range, demonstrating excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students to enable them to achieve their full potential

• Have a strong understanding of PE and contribute fully to the extensive extra-curricular programme

The physical education department is successful and is looking for a dynamic and confident PE teacher. There is a lot of support and further training available within the school. The successful teacher will be an outstanding practitioner who is devoted and professional at all times whilst striving for excellence from the students.

The ideal candidate will be confident building strong rapport with pupils and have the ability to consistently deliver 'Good' and 'Outstanding' lessons. Staff within this department hold a shared vision based on providing every pupil with the highest standard of teaching and learning to ensure they achieve above and beyond their expected grades.

To register with us, all candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview, hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce on the Update Service and also gain references to cover the last 2 years. Please note that all teachers must hold valid QTS. For any Teaching Assistant roles you must hold an NVQ Level 3 or above, a relevant educational degree or a minimum of 3 months relevant experience within a UK school in the last 5 years.
