Taunton School was founded in 1847. It is an independent day and boarding school with approximately 1,150 pupils, aged from 0 - 18 years, with circa 400 boarders. We aim to challenge, nurture and inspire young people to succeed in a global community.
Taunton School is seeking to appoint a talented, well qualified and experienced PE Teacher to work as part of our outstanding team. This is a full time role, starting in September 2020.
Core and academic PE play a key role at Taunton School, with healthy numbers of students choosing to study PE. The department offers GCSE and A Level PE as well as BTEC Sport and Exercise Science. Familiarity with BTEC qualifications and Sport and Exercise Science is advantageous but not essential.
