The school is looking for a passionate, excellent classroom practitioner to teach PE and an additional subject in an 11 to 16 school. This is an opportunity to teach an additional subject alongside PE with the possibility of opening up opportunities in the future for the successful candidate. This vacancy will suit an ambitious NQT or experienced teacher to further develop and strengthen their skills and expertise in a classroom environment.

Gaynes School is a mixed non-denominational secondary school for pupils aged 11-16. It is located in Upminster, Essex, and has capacity for about 900 pupils.
The school was founded in 1936. In 2016, it announced that it intends to convert to academy status and become a member of the Multi Academy Trust, operated by Life Education Trust. This will result in Gaynes entering a formal collaboration with Frances Bardsley Secondary Academy and Benhurst Primary Academy.
