Job overview

A potentially outstanding teacher capable of teaching Physics from KS3 to A-Level is required for September 2020,  for a 0.5 –  (negotiable) position.    Initially for one year with a view to make permanent for the right candidate.  Suitable for NQTs or an experienced teacher.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the subject and for teaching children; the ability to inspire staff and students and is keen to develop their teaching in a supportive environment.

This post is an attractive opportunity for someone with experience of teaching or contemplating a first post.  

We are keen to encourage applications from lively professionals with a passion for risk-taking and excitement in the classroom.

Colyton Grammar School is a state funded academy with a mixed, selective grammar school intake - 954 on roll including Sixth Form.
