 Fulltime Teacher of Physics

(Required for the 1st of September, 2019 as a permanent member of staff)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic teacher of physics to join our excellent science department. The candidate must have an absolute commitment and passion for the profession. There is the possibility of a TLR allowance for the position.

Netherhall School is a grant maintained, Local Authority, mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with a sixth form, situated in Maryport, Cumbria. The school achieved its first ever rating of ‘Good’ from Ofsted in 2018, was named Cumbrian Secondary School of the Year later the same year, is host to the Cumbrian Secondary School Teacher of the Year and Cumbrian Secondary School Student of the Year. The school has a rapidly rising intake and the sixth form has over doubled in size in the past few years, with 720 students of age 11-18 currently on roll.
