A part-time, temporary teacher is required to teach A Level Politics for approximately 11.25 hours per week (0.479 FTE). It is envisaged that the contract will last up to one year to cover a period of maternity leave.
Salary is pro rata according to the Sixth Form College Teachers’ pay spine, currently up to £37,984 per year plus fringe allowance (£984).

Location

College Leadership Team & Staff
The Principal Emma Young is supported by the Senior Management Team. The college employs around 200 teaching and support staff who are committed to supporting students to achieve their goals through a broad mix of programmes and extra-curricular activities. There is a strong sense of community at the College with a lively, vibrant feel to the campus.

CPD
We understand that our success comes from developing our staff and supporting them to deliver innovative and individualised lessons. Godalming, along with other sixth form colleges in Surrey & Sussex belongs to a consortium known as S7 who work closely together to provide specifically tailored training and development for staff and facilitate meetings for specific groups and an annual teaching conference.
