Parkside Federation Academies is a multi-academy trust based in Cambridge which operates three Secondary schools, an International Sixth Form and a specialist Science and Technology 14-19 Academy.
We have high expectations of all our students and aim to provide them with the best teaching and support that a dedicated staff can offer. We are both demanding and liberal and want our students to develop into articulate and confident young people with clear personal and professional goals.
Our multi-academy trust is growing so we are looking for people to work with us who will share our commitment to excellence, innovation and collaboration.

We require a knowledgeable, energetic, passionate and determined individual who loves teaching and can work collaboratively with other colleagues to help drive forward our Psychology programme. The IB Psychology course examines the interaction of biological, cognitive and sociocultural influences on human behaviour, and students undertaking the course can expect to develop an understanding of how psychological knowledge is generated, developed and applied, allowing students to make comparisons and evaluate different psychological theories and arguments.
Through your personal expertise and example, you will support others to develop and enhance excellent inclusive teaching practice, creating a stimulating classroom environment that inspires and challenges our young people to fulfill their potential.
